A Cake Dressing 101 course is a great investment! It will give you the confidence and the foundational skills of cake and cookie decorating to create your own edible works of art. You will enjoy intensive tuition in small groups and learn how to:
  •  make and use a range of icings including buttercream,  fondant, royal icing  and  modelling paste
  •  learn a variety of piping techniques  
  •  make paper piping bags                                                            
  •  create beautiful swirls and rosettes on your cupcakes 
  •  colour icings and use petal dusts
  •  cover cupcakes and cookies with fondant and embellish
  •  make  beautiful decorations from gumpaste
  •  make ribbon roses 
  •  combine techniques to create your own designs
  •  layer, fill, and cover a cake with buttercream and fondant
  • and more!
  • 4 workshops x 3 hours   and
  • 1 workshop approx 5 hours


Unbelievable value at $315 per person!  Use of all equipment and materials is included in tuition fee including cakes and cookies for practice.


Please note: Payment in full or by instalment (deposit required at time of booking) is acceptable as long as full payment is received in advance of the workshops. Places may not be able to be held if no payment has been received and others wish to attend.

(5 x weekly workshops. Please note that the last session is an extended class and we will need to negotiate mutually suitable times.)
