A Cake Dressing 101 course is a great investment! It will give you the confidence and the foundational skills of cake and cookie decorating to create your own edible works of art. You will enjoy intensive tuition in small groups and learn how to:
  •  make and use a range of icings including buttercream,  fondant, royal icing  and  modelling paste
  •  learn a variety of piping techniques  
  •  make paper piping bags                                                            
  •  create beautiful swirls and rosettes on your cupcakes 
  •  colour icings and use petal dusts
  •  cover cupcakes and cookies with fondant and embellish
  •  make  beautiful decorations from gumpaste
  •  make ribbon roses 
  •  combine techniques to create your own designs
  •  layer, fill, and cover a cake with buttercream and fondant
  • and more!
  • 4 workshops x 3 hours   and
  • 1 workshop approx 5 hours


Unbelievable value at $415 per person!  Use of all equipment and materials is included in tuition fee including cakes and cookies for practice.

Starts Wednesday 2nd August 6.45 - 9.45pm. 


Starts Saturday 14th October 2 - 5pm.

Workshops run for three hours (except the last one of the course which is longer and is negotiated to suit everyone) and for five consecutive weeks (unless stated otherwise).



Happy to run a private Cake Dressing 101 for you at a time to suit you if you can get a group together (4 - 7 people).
